How to eat before exercise?
Exercising on an empty stomach can lower blood sugar, causing dizziness, weakness in the limbs and even fainting.
Before exercise, you can eat a whole-wheat bread and a bottle of about 300 ml of yogurt, rest for an hour, and then start exercising.
1. It is not advisable to eat salty food, as it will lead to bloating due to drinking too much water.
2. Don’t eat greasy food, because it requires more blood and the liver to secrete a large amount of bile for digestion, which will cause fatigue.
