This week's workouts are slightly more intense, with workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday this week. Do the exercises as shown below every day.
The movements have been increased to 8 common exercise movements, involving whole-body muscle training. Do 3 sets of each of the following actions, 8-10 times in one set.
Do 3 sets of each action, 8-10 times in one set. Please warm up for 5 minutes before exercising. (Exercise process: warm-up + exercise + stretching)
For diet, please refer to the dietary guidance provided in the previous week.
